Psychoanalysis for depression
Discover your truth

You might be experiencing difficult feelings without fully understanding when or why they changed.
Somehow everything has changed without anything changing. Everything just feels…more difficult.
These changes can take many forms. For example, you might have felt less intense versions of these feelings for as long as you can remember. You might now feel infuriated, whereas before, you used to just feel cynical and occasionally snarky. Maybe you can’t shake the low hum of irritability. You might be afraid of damaging your already complicated relationships.
Another form of change is that you feel stuck in the bind of opposite feelings. For example, maybe you can’t focus on work. Yet, you can’t decide how you feel about work. At times you might be paranoid about getting fired, and at other times, you might experience relief in the thought of walking away.
You’ve thought about therapy, but entering therapy would require hope and effort, and maybe you can’t seem to conjure either now.
The worst part? Feeling alone with all of these feelings.
Psychoanalysis can help.

Psychoanalysis and what to expect
A time commitment of 4-5 times per week
Saying what comes to mind
Lying on a couch to facilitate your connection to your own experiences
Having a dialogue with me
After the analysis ends, your psychological improvements will be long lasting (link to research). You will learn the process of understanding your mind. Unlike in the popular culture conception, it’s not about obsessively overthinking. It’s about questioning our basic assumptions in order to understand the deep sources of our suffering and possibilities for fulfillment.

You deserve to feel better.
Imagine having a relationship and a place where you can share ideas and questions about yourself with someone who can help you really look at them.
Imagine the type of relief that enables you to discover and pursue your desires instead of spending all your energy surviving feelings and experiences from today.
Imagine developing the capacity to create good experiences for oneself.
Imagine not feeling resigned to suffer.
