I am an out-of-network provider.  This is based on how much you've spent toward your deductible at this point in the year.  Of course once you meet the deductible, the out of pocket cost to you reduces.

Working with an out-of-network provider means that you pay for sessions up front, usually in the form of a monthly bill. You submit this "superbill" to your insurance company with the request for reimbursement. Reimbursements vary based on your insurance benefits. However, if you have out of network benefits, you could be reimbursed from 30%-100% of the session fee, after annual deductible and coinsurance limits are met.
